What does "keep 100%" actually mean?

You set your price. Buyers pay your price plus a small service fee on top. That service fee goes to partut — nothing is subtracted from what you earn. If you set €10, you receive €10.

Does partut charge a monthly fee?

No. partut is completely free to join and free to use. You only transact when a buyer purchases your content.

What is the 15% buyer fee?

When a buyer checks out, they pay your set price plus a small service fee. That fee covers partut's operations, including payment processing. Your earnings are never touched.

Does Stripe's processing fee affect my earnings?

No. Stripe charges ~2.9% + €0.30 per transaction, and that cost is deducted from the service fee — covered entirely by partut. Your earnings are never reduced by payment processing costs.

When do I receive my payout?

Payouts are processed through Revolut. Funds transfer to your connected bank account on Revolut's standard payout schedule.

What content types are allowed?

Photos and videos. All content must be original work you own the rights to. Review the Terms of Service for the full content policy.

Is adult content allowed?

Yes, for verified adult creators. You must confirm your age and agree to the adult content terms during account setup. All adult content is behind an age gate for buyers.

How does content approval work?

Every piece of content is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check that it meets our community guidelines and content policy. You will receive an email notification either way.

How long does approval take?

Typically within 24 hours. During high-volume periods it may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your content is approved or if changes are needed.

How do buyers purchase content?

Buyers browse the marketplace, find your content, and check out with a card via Stripe. They get instant access to the full file after payment is confirmed.

Can buyers get a refund?

Digital content sales are final by default once the file has been delivered. Refunds are handled case-by-case for technical issues where the file was not delivered. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy.

How do I set up my account?

Create a free account, verify your email, add your bank details via Revolut in Settings, upload your content, set your price, and go live. Most creators are up and running in under 15 minutes.

Is partut available worldwide?

Yes. Creators and buyers from most countries are welcome. Revolut availability may vary by region — payouts are processed via Revolut to your connected bank account.

How do I connect my bank account?

Go to Settings and add your bank details via Revolut. Your banking information is stored securely on Revolut — partut never stores your bank information.

Is my content protected from screenshots?

partut activates screenshot protection on supported devices and browsers. No digital platform can prevent all screenshot attempts, so we also recommend watermarking your preview images as an additional layer of protection.
